CHARLOTTE, N.C., Feb. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Capital Guardian, LLC, announces the addition of Frank Galdieri as Senior Vice President and National Director of Business Acquisition and Business Development. Galdieri brings more than 20 years of experience as an advisor, a manager and, most recently, as a business development coach with UBS' largest branch in New York City.

A second area of focus is Southwest Florida, including Marco Island, Naples, Fort Myers, Sarasota and Tampa.
