PALATINE, Ill., Jan. 8, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Capital Forensics, Inc. (CFI) announced today that it has launched a new quarterly publication, Professional Insights, to recognize the accomplishments and insights of individuals who serve, or have served, in legal, regulatory and compliance roles within the financial services industry.
The inaugural issue of the series, published in December, featured Brian F. Amery, who serves as a partner and managing principal of the law firm Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C., and manages that firm's Securities Practice Group. Over the past 35 years, Mr. Amery has been broadly recognized within the financial services industry as a leading authority on legal and regulatory matters.
Capital Forensics' Chairman and CEO, Vadim Khavinson, said, "The significance of the legal, regulatory and compliance functions within the financial services industry – in terms of the role they play in ensuring public faith and confidence in the nation's capital market system – has long been overlooked. The success of those functions relies solely on the knowledge, professionalism and dedication of the individuals who we intend to feature in Professional Insights."
Mr. Khavinson noted that, "The beneficiaries of this publication will be other legal, regulatory and compliance professionals, who can learn from the experiences and lessons of their peers who have held senior positions for decades, and under varying market conditions, with companies, legal and advisory firms and regulatory agencies."
The issue featuring Mr. Amery is currently available here on the CFI website. The second issue of Professional Insights, which is presented in an interview format, is scheduled for publication in March. Capital Forensics welcomes suggestions from financial services industry professionals on candidates to be featured in the Professional Insights series.
