Michael Lynch Joins CFI to Support Arbitration Cases

Michael is the latest addition to CFI's staff of securities industry experts supporting arbitration cases.
Michael Lynch comes with 40+ years of experience within the financial services industry. He held roles as a banker, trader, mortgage banker, and financial advisor, director in a large wire house, and consultant to the Registered Investment Advisor industry (RIAs). Michael served as an NASD/FINRA Arbitrator since 2001.
A significant amount of Michael's career was at Merrill Lynch where he held management and director-level positions. He has experience with all facets of registered representative activities supervising 100+ financial advisors in multi office complex locations throughout the United States as well as overseeing compliance and operational personnel. Michael was instrumental in development of financial advisors and client relationships.

Michael held the series 3, 5, 7, 8, 15, 24, 63, and 65 securities licenses as well as the Florida mortgage broker license. He studied at St. Pius X College in Sydney, Australia, and Stanford Advance Management School in Lake Tahoe. He was a board member of the Collier Education Foundation and is a Winged Foot Scholarship Foundation director of Collier County. Michael served on the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Advisory board and as a Governor of the Florida Securities Dealers Association.
