"Worksite wellness programs that empower people to improve their health is one of the most important benefits a company can provide employees," said Dr. Jennifer Chambers, Capital BlueCross senior vice president and chief medical officer. "Today's honorees have taken their wellness initiatives to a different level, going well beyond the standard to provide opportunities for their employees to stay healthy and fit."
Capital BlueCross' Worksite Wellness Awards are held annually for its group customers.
