Capital BlueCross Names Michael Cleary Senior Vice President, CFO & Treasurer
HARRISBURG, Pa., Oct. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Capital BlueCross announced today that Michael Cleary has been promoted to senior vice president, CFO & treasurer. Cleary previously served as vice president, Finance. He fills a position vacated last week when the company announced that Gary St. Hilaire had been promoted to president of Capital BlueCross.
Cleary joined the company in 1996, serving as vice president of Finance until today's promotion. Prior to joining the Finance team at Capital BlueCross, Cleary most recently worked seven years for Prudential Property and Casualty Insurance Company in New Jersey. He is a graduate of St. Joseph's University.
