The National Committee for Quality Assurance is an independent, not-for-profit organization dedicated to measuring the quality of America's health care. The rankings are based on assessment of about 183 Medicare plans nationwide.
SeniorBlue's highest rating is in the Customer Satisfaction category, which includes such services as "Getting Care Easily," "Getting Care Quickly," "Customer Service," "Satisfaction with Physicians," and "Satisfaction with Health plan Services."
SeniorBlue is also rated high throughout the Prevention and Treatment categories.
