Capital Bank Mortgage Originators Nationally Ranked By Scotsman Guide As Top Originators

ROCKVILLE, Md., April 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Capital Bank congratulates Brad Cohen and Brian Blonder for their rankings as Scotsman Guide 2012 Top Originators.  Brad Cohen was ranked #8 in Top Dollar Volume closing 758 loans totaling over $279 million and Brian Blonder was ranked #12 with 769 loans totaling over $256 million.  Additionally, Blonder was ranked #7 in FHA originations and both Cohen and Blonder were ranked #5 and #6 respectively in Refinance Volume.  Cohen and Blonder were top ranked originators in 2011 and Capital Bank is pleased to see their success continue in 2012.
