Florian Bita joins the team in New York, and Jason Eppleston, Martin Deville and Damian Horton join Cantor Fitzgerald Europe in London, strengthening Cantor's global presence in the CLO arranging business.

Florian Bita joins Cantor as Managing Director and will focus on U.S. CLO Secondary Trading. In addition, he will be responsible for the secondary trading team and helping build out Cantor's primary new issuance capabilities alongside James Keller in New York. Mr. Bita recently served as the Head of CLO and Structured Products Trading at UBS, where he was responsible for overseeing trading of structured finance products, including CLOs, CBOs and TruPs. Prior to joining UBS, he served at Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas, and Salomon Brothers. Mr. Bita holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Bernard M. Baruch College.
Jason Eppleston joins Cantor as the Head of Structured Credit Origination in Europe. He will be responsible for setting up a platform and managing the origination and structuring of collateralized debt obligations (CDOs) and other securitized products for Cantor Fitzgerald Europe. Previously, Mr. Eppleston served as a Senior Banker at Investec Bank focused on CDO structuring and as a Managing Director at Bear Stearns, where he was responsible for structured credit origination and structuring. He holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College London.
Damian Horton joins Cantor as a CDO Structurer and Deal Originator, and will focus on the financial analytics of deal origination. Mr. Horton has held senior level positions leveraging his experience in financial modelling across multiple asset classes at Pioneer Investments, Prudential Financial and Bear Stearns. He holds an MA in Mathematics from Oxford University, and an MSc in Mathematics (Environmental & Industrial Modelling) from Bristol University. Mr. Horton also has a CFA Designation.
Martin Deville joins Cantor as a Managing Director and ABS Trader, covering UK Prime RMBS, European Consumer ABS and GBP Fixed Rate ABS. Previously, Mr. Deville served as an Executive Director at UBS focusing on European RMBS and Consumer ABS. He attended the London Metropolitan University and received a Diploma of Business. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
Simon Gold, who joined Cantor in September 2012, leads the European structured credit trading desk. Mr. Deville will work alongside Vanessa Bradford, a managing director focusing on Euro ABS trading.
