NEW YORK, Jan. 29, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., a leading financial services firm, today announced the expansion of its fixed income sales and trading team with the appointments of Kevin Quinn and Paul Baeri as Managing Directors. Mr. Quinn will focus on securitized and structured product sales and Mr. Baeri will focus on distressed debt, leveraged loans, high yield and special situations.

Mr. Quinn joins Cantor from Wells Fargo Securities where he served as a Director for Fixed Income Sales for mortgage and asset backed related securities. Before that, he held positions at JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Citigroup, Lehman Brothers, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Quinn holds a B.S. in Accounting from Fairfield University.
Mr. Baeri joins Cantor from Global Hunter Securities, LLC where he served as Co-Head of high yield and distressed sales. He previously served as a Managing Director and member of the high yield team at Gleacher & Co, in loan sales and distressed trading at JP Morgan Securities, and in fixed income trading for Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. in London. A founding member of the Loan Sales and Trading Association, Mr. Baeri holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Northeastern University.
