Quotes:
- "In the medical marijuana community, there are some truly good people doing good work that are helping sick people. The people that are on the other side of the issue…about 20-30 minutes into my presentation, they're starting to nod their heads." –Nick
- "If you use any type of pesticides, it's going to kill off the beneficial nutrients... Same thing with cannabis. When we turn it into oil…we're going to use those organic means and best oils we can get. It's like organic foods." –Justin
- "Today I think we have two types of collectives: the collective that caters to Generation X patients and we have the ones, like South Coast Safe Access, that cater to the baby boomers." –Derek
- "Underneath that [edible] logo, it said 'per dose eat one-third of the cookie'. Who eats one-third of a cookie? … Now I'm high and I'm hungry and I'm staring at two-thirds of a cookie?!" –Chris Cope
This week essentially summed up the normality of cannabis in today's world. It's building a powerful community, being grown using organic methods, strategically marketed, and enjoyably eaten.
