The top employers of Greater Philadelphia, as selected based on 15,000 surveys taken by employees of 190 companies spanning the region, receive the distinction of "Best Places to Work." CTCA has received the honor in the "Extra Large Company" category for the fifth time, with 62% of the organization's employees participating in this year's survey.
Employees of companies participating in the Philadelphia Business Journal survey complete an online questionnaire administered by an independent surveying firm. Questions range from evaluating work-life balance, respect and employee care, teamwork, commitment to community and more.
