Canada Lithium Announces Annual and Special Meeting Voting Results

TORONTO, June 21, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Canada Lithium Corp. ("Canada Lithium" or the "Company") (TSX: CLQ) (U.S. OTC: CLQMF) announced today voting results from the annual and special meeting of its shareholders held on June 20, 2013 (the "Meeting").
The majority of shareholders voted in favour of all resolutions at the Meeting as set out in the Company's information circular dated May 24, 2013. At the Meeting, the shareholders of the Company approved the following:
- the election of Kerry J. Knoll, Peter Secker, James Fairbairn, Robert Cudney, Ian McDonald, Ernie Eves, Stéphane Bertrand, Mitchell Lavery and Patrick Mohan as directors of the Company until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed;
- the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors of the Company for the ensuing year; and
- the unallocated stock option entitlements under the Company's existing stock option plan and authorized the stock option plan until June 20, 2016. The approval of the unallocated stock options was required because the Company's stock option plan is a rolling stock option plan and under the rules of the Toronto Stock Exchange shareholders are required to approve all unallocated stock options issuable under a rolling stock option plan every three years.
