Mr. Dukat has over 20 years of experience in building, operating and leading software and technology businesses. During his twelve years as a Chief Executive Officer of both public and private software companies, Mr. Dukat has been instrumental in developing and executing on business strategy, leading software and technology migrations, expanding companies through acquisitions and building strong business leadership teams.
Most recently, Mr. Dukat served as the CEO of StarCite, a global leader in Web-based solutions for strategic event management. At StarCite, Mr. Dukat overhauled the company's strategic plan, established new business lines and implemented sales infrastructure to improve customer prospecting and retention. Prior to StarCite, Mr. Dukat served as the CEO of Indus International (Ventyx) where he repositioned the company for growth, led and integrated four acquisitions and built global partnerships to drive international expansion.
As Campus Management's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Dukat will lead initiatives to enhance the Company's market leadership in student information and CRM solutions for both for-profit and not-for-profit higher education institutions, execute upon a new technology roadmap for the Company and accelerate Campus Management's next phase of growth.
