Campaign to Fix the Debt to Host Expert Roundtable on Tax, Healthcare Reform
WASHINGTON, Dec. 3, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- On Tuesday, December 4, the Campaign to Fix the Debt will convene a group of experts to participate in a series of roundtable discussion focused on the importance of tax and health care reform to address the national debt and avert the fiscal cliff. The events will pair policy specialists from diverse and broad backgrounds and expertise to debate the best course forward. Senator Rob Portman and White House economic advisor Gene Sperling will provide remarks at the start of the event, and Senator Max Baucus will speak at the at the start of the Reforming the Tax Code discussion.
