Camp Bow Wow Introduces 'One Brand, Three Solutions' Franchising Program
Nation's Largest Pet Services Company Updates Brand Platform to Sell Camp Bow Wow, Home Buddies and Bow Wow Behavior Buddies as Package Deal
NEW YORK, Jan. 24, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Camp Bow Wow, the nation's largest pet services company, announces that it is now offering franchise sales of its three brands, Camp Bow Wow, Home Buddies and Bow Wow Behavior Buddies, in one package through its "One Brand, Three Solutions" program. Growing out of the demand from franchisees and customers, Camp Bow Wow will now sell its franchises as a combined entity.
Offering a brand that provides its potential franchisees with one business model encompassing three different sectors of the pet care industry, the "One Brand, Three Solutions" offer will allow franchisees to open a Home Buddies franchise (in-home pet care) while conducting site searches and solidifying the territory in which a Camp Bow Wow location will be built. Through this process, franchisees will not only become acquainted with the brand's business model and have the ability to become profitable immediately, but will also build a customer database in time for the opening of a Camp Bow Wow.
Camp Bow Wow began testing this innovative model at six franchises in June 2010 and has documented that an adjustment to the entrepreneurial aspect of the brand provides for an advantage and ability to increase the revenue and profitability margin for both the franchisee and the brand.
In metropolitan territories that do not support a Camp Bow Wow system, as well as cities with a population of under 100,000, Camp Bow Wow will be offering an exception to the program - the purchase of Home Buddies and Bow Wow Behavior Buddies without committing to a Camp Bow Wow location.
"As the Camp Bow Wow brand rapidly grows, we believe that the 'One Brand, Three Solutions' business platform is the perfect vehicle for our franchisees to delve deeper into additional sectors of the pet industry," said Heidi Ganahl, CEO and founder of Camp Bow Wow. "We're offering a jumping off point to successfully build a skill set to apply to a variety of businesses under the same brand, that will ultimately allow our franchisees to develop a strong sense of our business, leading to success for all key players, from the franchisees to our customers and the Camp Bow Wow family overall."
"There is no doubt that this is a win-win situation," said Randy Defazio and Sherri Hayes, owners of Camp Bow Wow in Bridgewater and Lawrenceville, NJ. "We can offer comprehensive pet services for our community, while at the same time having the opportunity for great profitability."
"Providing the services of all of Camp Bow Wow's brands extends our knowledge base for our clients," said Tamara Wetegrove, owner of Camp Bow Wow in San Antonio, TX. "This makes us the Premier Provider of innovative, healthy, happy and safe pet care worldwide. As an owner of all three, we have no limits.
"I am so excited to be able to offer virtually anyone in our area at least one of the services we provide," said Tami Sarra, owner of Camp Bow Wow in South Windsor, CT. "Camp offers wonderful dog care at a trusted facility. Behavior Buddies offers pet behavior management training in a group or individual setting and Home Buddies offers an endless variety of personalized services."
Camp Bow Wow encourages potential franchisees to do due diligence, ensuring that franchising and the Camp Bow Wow business model is the correct fit for them. Camp Bow Wow is proud to be a key player in the growth of the franchising industry and continues to foster the successful relationships between franchisors and franchisees that have allowed the business to flourish.
