Carpenter Emergency Lighting signed a 12,500-square-foot, two-year renewal at 12 South Gold Drive. The company, which has been developing and manufacturing emergency lighting products since 1913, has been on Hamilton Business Center's tenant roster since October 2000.
Jeffrey Schron represented the landlord, while Steven Tolkach of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant.
