With a chef-driven menu comprised of local and organic comfort ingredients, the new kitchen's culinary inspiration combines years of travel to the country's best cafes, corner taverns, neighborhood bistros, seaside shacks and roadside joints that represent the world's most culturally diverse flavors.

The menu also will offer selections of fresh oysters and a charcuterie board along with big plates featuring items ranging from a pub burger and pan-seared American red snapper to Duroc pork – all novel additions to the Columbus dining scene. The Pearl will also grind their own meats and feature fresh, made-from-scratch pies daily.  Built completely around the restaurant's artistic concept, The Pearl will showcase one of the most distinctive beverage programs in the city, featuring unique and flavorful craft beers and unparalleled cocktails and creating a haven where Columbus' own chefs desire to dine.
