Cambridge College Announces New Facility, New Special Education Programs
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif., March 11, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- A note from Director Dr. Ellie Kaucher on new M.Ed. Degrees in Autism and Early Education & Child Care
I’m very excited to announce that Cambridge College continues to expand its vision of serving educators in the Inland Empire by adding M.Ed. specializations in Autism, Early Education and Child Care, and a Behavior Analyst Certificate. These new programs will be based in Cambridge College’s new facility opening April 2nd, 2011 at 8686 Haven Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730.
Autism, Behavior Analyst, and Early Education are fascinating, fast-growing, and high-need areas for educators, and Cambridge College is committed to meeting those needs. Our faculty members are practitioners who are very knowledgeable not only in research and theory, but also with the application and practice that meets today’s needs of our diverse learners. They have relevant classroom experience and an innovative approach that integrates the knowledge of the group into the curriculum.
In addition to the new programs, Cambridge College also offers Bachelor of Arts degrees in Multidisciplinary Studies (Early Education & Care or Family Studies concentration is optional) and Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies, and specialized M.Ed. programs in Behavioral Management, School Nurse Education, Interdisciplinary Studies, and Teaching Skills & Methodologies. We aim to accommodate both the experience of our teacher/students as well as their busy schedules by offering instruction delivered during evening and weekend sessions. Our students tend to appreciate these aspects of the Cambridge College experience in addition to the excellence of the instruction and curriculum.
The new location in Rancho Cucamonga is a great sign of Cambridge College’s continuing enrollment growth. With new facilities, we are able to better accommodate both the space needs and the pedagogical goals of the College. I invite and encourage you to drop by for a visit to the new facility, and/or to contact me directly with any questions about our programs or curriculum.
Best Regards,
Dr. Ellie Kaucher
