Prior to joining Camber, Mr. Balcik was a Washington DC-based Principal within Booz Allen Hamilton's Justice and Homeland Security account leading the Firm's Civil Aviation Decision Analytics business. As Technical Director for Booz Allen's Systems Engineering (SE2020) Contract, his team drove the evolution of the Federal Aviation Administration's Next Generation Air Transportation System (NextGen). Mr. Balcik began his consulting career as a senior analyst at Quantum Research and then joined KPMG doing strategic planning in support of major US intelligence agencies.

Mr. Balcik has demonstrated a commitment to service to the nation and his community. He served as a commissioned United States Air Force officer for nine years in the active force and over eight years as a reservist. Mr. Balcik actively contributes to community and charitable organizations.  He supports the C.W. Bill Young Department of Defense Marrow Donor Program as a two-time bone marrow donor. Mr. Balcik is active in leading teams for "Rebuilding Together," a leading nonprofit organization working to preserve affordable homes by providing critical repairs and renovations for low-income homeowners.
