HUNTSVILLE, Ala., June 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Camber Corporation announces today that is has signed a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with Texas A&M – Corpus Christi (TAMUCC) to be the lead systems and business integrator for the Lone Star Unmanned Aircraft Systems Center (LSUASC) Test Site. The LSUASC is one of six Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) test sites identified by the Department of Transportation's Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Camber will provide key services for TAMUCC to include systems engineering, range planning and mission execution support as well as business development and flight operations for the test site. The Camber team, along with the TAMUCC, have already established the Mission Control Center which will status operations, fuse aviation tracks, store mission critical data, and control UAS missions.

Together the team is collaborating on practical uses for unmanned technologies in agriculture; oil and gas development, production and transmission; pipeline and utility line surveys; transportation management; insurance evaluation; livestock and wildlife management and surveillance; coastal and shoreline research; and environmental monitoring.
