CAMAC Energy Inc. Announces Approval of Drilling Permit for Oyo Well #7
HOUSTON, May 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- CAMAC Energy Inc. (NYSE MKT: CAK) ("the Company") today announced that Nigeria's Department of Petroleum ("DPR") approved Allied Energy Plc's application for a drilling permit for Oyo well #7.
"DPR's approval of the drilling permit for Oyo well #7 puts us one step closer to spudding the well, increasing Pliocene production, and testing the Miocene exploration potential in OML 120 and 121," said Senior Vice President of Exploration and Production Segun Omidele.
