THE Performance Improvement Conference 2014

THE Performance Improvement Conference is the premier event for performance improvement and learning professionals. Held annually, the 2014 conference will take place April 13‒16 at The Westin in Indianapolis.

Here are a few highlights of this year's conference…
1. Learn: There are over 130 sessions to choose from, including 75-minute sessions, PechaKucha, and Performance Tech Tools & Tips. The learning potential is unlimited!
2. Connect: Attendees will network with industry leaders and other performance improvement professionals. Three dynamic keynote speakers are scheduled: Aubrey Daniels, PhD, Founder & Chairman, Aubrey Daniels International; David Maxfield, Vice President of Research, Vital Smarts; and Tracey Wilen-Daugenti, PhD, speaker and thought leader on the impact of technology on society, work, and careers.
3. Celebrate: Attendees will recognize peers for their accomplishments during the Awards of Excellence Reception. Awards to be given out include the Thomas F. Gilbert Distinguished Professional Achievement, Distinguished Service, Geary Rummler Award for the Advancement of Performance Improvement, Honorary Life Member, and the newest Kaufman Award for Societal Impact.
