After signing a multi-year contract, Call One's MBS implementation had an extremely aggressive timeline, and included not only successfully migrating Call One's data but also developing concurrent enhancements to the MBS system. Once completely developed, Call One will have total automation of communication between all of their internal systems and the billing and provisioning systems.
