There are more than 52,000 HOAs in California and growing, many of which utilize systems and equipment behind-the-scenes to support the common areas and parks that people enjoy: pools, lighting, irrigation, surveillance, gates, car charging stations and more. Operational and analytical data is viewable and manageable by the community manager and service providers from one secure, role-based dashboard. Plus, a resident portal provides access for residents to see real-time information about the pools, electronically report a maintenance concern and more. The platform provides up-to-the-minute information, sends email/SMS alerts to the community manager and vendors when a problem is detected, and provides analytics and the ability to control equipment remotely. A key feature for pools is that the system tests pool water quality every fifteen minutes, documents, and makes adjustments as needed, meeting critical California Title 22 regulations.
