California State of Emergency Spurs Fire Defense Upgrades Inquiries

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- On August 2^nd, Governor Jerry Brown announced that California is officially in a state of emergency due to the danger posed by more than a dozen wildfires.
