As the sole provider of CIGA's SIU Services, Frasco will ensure compliance with all SIU anti-fraud regulatory requirements, including DOI and District Attorney referrals for potential prosecution, filing of SIU annual and suspected fraud claim reports, ongoing claim file fraud indicator reviews, and SIU anti-fraud training.
