In this talk attendees will hear a family history of Agility and be challenged to explore their own Congenital Agility along with notions many hold as "Common Sense." This personal exploration helps developers thrive in that often frustrating pursuit of bringing those around them to an understanding of Agility. It also help practitioners better cope with the stresses and frustrations that seem to demoralize too many Agile coaches and champions today.
