Jessica Lippke promoted to Head of Delivery Jessica joined Cake & Arrow in 2005 as a project manager. As one of Cake & Arrow's earliest employees, Jessica has played an integral role in shaping the project management approach that has been critical to Cake & Arrow's success, combining her love of sports and productivity to create a truly unique team-oriented focus that drives towards excellence in every person and on every project. Throughout her 13 years at Cake & Arrow, she has worked with dozens of premier brands, including BOSE, The New York Times Company, American Airlines, Saks Fifth Avenue and more. In her new role as Head of Delivery, Jessica will continue to evolve Cake & Arrow's delivery approach to ensure successful execution across all engagements.
David Ow promoted to COO Since joining the agency in 2009, David has headed up the Project Management and Operations functions at Cake & Arrow as the VP of Project Management and Operations. With over 20 years of experience working at various agencies throughout New York City, his breadth of knowledge and insight has contributed immensely to the success and maturity of Cake & Arrow, ensuring that the business, and each and every project engagement runs smoothly. In his new role as COO, David will oversee all aspects of the agency's operational functions, business procedures and employee experience, removing any and all obstacles employees face to effectively doing their jobs, thereby maximizing productivity and value for Cake & Arrow.
Nabil Rahman promoted to Head of Product Strategy With a decade-long background in product management, Nabil has a proven track record in developing and optimizing innovative digital products for startups and Fortune 500 clients including Comcast, MetLife, Thomson Reuters, Farmers Insurance, Barnes & Noble, NRG Energy, and Wolters Kluwer. Since joining Cake & Arrow as a product manager in 2009, Nabil has demonstrated a unique ability to think strategically about the business needs and goals of clients while balancing the technical complexity of products with user advocacy. In his new role as Head of Product Strategy, Nabil will take on a more expansive leadership role. Overseeing Cake & Arrow's Product practice, Nabil will be growing a team of product managers and ensuring that the agency delivers on its brand promise of developing meaningful customer experiences for clients across all initiatives.
