LOS ANGELES, Jan. 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Legal-Bay LLC, The Lawsuit Settlement Funding Company, reports today that Caitlyn Jenner has settled her first lawsuit over the deadly February Malibu car crash that left one woman dead. The settlement was reached last Monday between the reality star and Jessica Steindorff for an undisclosed amount. Steindorff, a Hollywood agent, was just one of the people involved in the four-vehicle crash that occurred on the Pacific Coast Highway in February. She sued Jenner in June, claiming that the accident caused her "serious medical injuries and lost wages," according to The NY Daily News. While Jenner can close the door on one of the lawsuits that stemmed from the crash, she is still currently facing two other lawsuits. The Wolf-Milesi family filed suit against her, as well as relatives of Kim Howe, the woman who died. Caitlyn Jenner (formerly Bruce Jenner) is a former Olympian and currently, a reality television star. Prosecutors did not file a vehicular manslaughter charge against the celebrity in regards to the fatal car accident.

Chris Janish, CEO, commented on the recent settlement, "We had anticipated several lawsuits to arise after this horrific crash. It is good that one case has already settled, and we believe the others are also likely to settle for undisclosed amounts that will most likely be substantial. Wrongful death cases often reach high settlements, as the loss of a loved one in an accident is truly tragic."
