Cadwalader Named 'Law Firm of the Year' at 2012 Global Derivatives Awards
Awards Ceremony also Recognizes Cadwalader Senior Associate as a 'Rising Star'
NEW YORK, Sept. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP (Cadwalader), a leading counselor to global financial institutions and corporations, was recognized at the 2012 Global Derivatives Awards on September 19 in London. The awards recognize individuals, companies and deals that have impacted the global derivatives market.
Cadwalader was awarded 'Law Firm of the Year.' Additionally, Doug Donahue, a senior associate in the Financial Services Department, was named one of the '2012 Rising Stars of Derivatives.'

Under the direction of Steven Lofchie and Richard Schetman, Cadwalader's Financial Services Department provides catered regulatory and enforcement expertise with derivatives and fund formation transactional practices. Among its other industry leading projects, Cadwalader's Financial Services team is currently representing the International Swaps & Derivatives Association (ISDA) on the Dodd-Frank protocol.

Doug received his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.S. from St. Francis College.
