Cadre Holdings Initiates Quarterly Cash Dividend and Declares Initial $0.08 Per Share Dividend
JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Nov. 11, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Cadre Holdings, Inc. ("Cadre" or "the Company"), a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of safety and survivability equipment for first responders, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 per share on an annualized basis. Cadre's first dividend payment will be made on December 7, 2021, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on the record date of November 22, 2021. The declaration of any future dividend is subject to the discretion of the Company's Board of Directors.
