Cadence Health Names John Orsini as Chief Financial Officer
WINFIELD, Ill., March 7, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Cadence Health, the health system created through the merger of Central DuPage Health and Delnor Community Health System, recently announced that John Orsini has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President.

Mr. Orsini, 49, comes to Cadence Health from Presence Health, a 12-hospital system, created through the merger of Resurrection Health Care and Provena, and now the largest Catholic health system in Illinois. During his tenure at Presence Health, Mr. Orsini made significant contributions to the financial strength of the organization, including the detailed financial work around the merger of Resurrection Health Care and Provena Health.

A licensed Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Orsini began his career in auditing for the Arizona Department of Health Services. He's held corporate finance positions at Catholic Healthcare West in Arizona, California and Nevada and served as Corporate Vice President, Finance and Treasurer at Scripps Health in San Diego.
Mr. Orsini holds a degree in accounting from Arizona State University.
