Cabot Creamery Selects John Galt Solutions' Atlas Planning Suite to Enhance Demand Planning

CHICAGO, July 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Cabot Creamery has selected John Galt's Atlas Planning Suite as their enterprise demand planning software system. Cabot joins a long list of dairy providers that use the Atlas Planning Suite as part of their demand planning process, including Kemps, Organic Valley, Saputo, and many more.

Cabot had previously used the ForecastX Wizard from John Galt to produce accurate statistical forecasts and build their planning process, but they needed to move beyond spreadsheets to support further growth. Cabot chose Atlas Planning over several competitors due to its superior statistical forecast accuracy, its powerful data warehouse, and its unique Event Manager that allows Cabot to account for promotions and other unique circumstances.
