PETERSBURG, Fla., Nov. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- C1 Bank announced today that Rita Lowman, Chief Operating Officer, will be the 2015 Chair for Hillsborough County Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. Lowman has been an advocate of breast cancer research and has made it her personal commitment to increasing breast cancer awareness throughout Tampa Bay.
