BWD Automotive Releases 213 New Part Numbers
NEW YORK, July 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Standard Motor Products, Inc. (SMP) announces the addition of 213 new part numbers to its BWD® engine management line. The release spans 49 product categories and expands coverage through the 2016 model year covering more than 104 million additional VIO.
Highlights from the BWD® line expansion include the introduction of 75 new sensors covering 34 million VIO. New sensors include ABS speed, accelerator pedal, ambient air temperature, crankshaft, knock, steering angle, and transmission oil temperature sensors. Other noteworthy items include 58 power door lock actuators, 15 turbochargers for both gas and diesel applications, 10 fuel vapor canisters, and several new diesel SKUs such as a diesel emissions fluid pump.
