BV Investment Partners Announces Recapitalization of Right Networks

BOSTON, Sept. 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- BV Investment Partners ("BV"), a middle-market private equity firm focused on the business services and IT services sectors, today announced that it has partnered with the senior management team of Right Networks, a premier provider of cloud solutions to accountants and small and medium-sized businesses ("SMBs").

Co-founded in 2002 by John Farrer and Philip Romine, Right Networks is the preeminent hosting and solutions provider for QuickBooks accounting software and other business-critical applications used by SMBs. Right Networks' cloud platform is built with advanced virtualization technology deployed on enterprise-class infrastructure, and effectively enables SMB end users to connect, share and collaborate in the cloud with anytime, anywhere access to applications, files and data.
