After taking over as the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the boutique luxury condominiums, The Mark Company revamped the project's brand and produced seven sales in seven weeks, increasing monthly absorption by over 500%.
Park House invites brokers and prospective buyers to view two new model residences. Residence 203 is a two bedroom featuring mountain views priced at $260,000 and Residence 307 is a two bedroom with a den and panoramic Red Rock views, priced at $395,000. Buyers are taking note of incentive pricing available on units priced at $199,000 and above. Brokers had until the end of February to utilize the 7% broker co-op being offered, which is the highest in the Valley.
