Business Worldwide Magazine's Company of the Year Awards 2016

Business Worldwide Magazine (BWM) is delighted to announce the winners of their highly-competitive and popular Company of the Year Awards 2016.  

The Awards went to those companies which the magazine's judging panel felt performed outstandingly in their field over the past 12 months, to the extent they left the competition standing.

Open to both private and public companies around the globe, applicants hailed from the Americas, Scandinavia, Asia, the Middle East and, closer to home, in Europe. Meanwhile, sectors represented included construction, IT, renewable energy, oil and gas, banking, insurance and manufacturing.

All companies who picked up an Award were notable for their customer service, financial acumen and profit growth, recognition within their own sector and the contribution they made to their local community. Sustainability was also a consideration.

The BWM Company of the Year Awards measures company performance as a whole, rather than the achievements of one individual. Points are awarded for each category and company CEOs or the appropriate executives interviewed individually. Nominations were initially received from readers and companies shortlisted following initial judging by a panel of judges.
