Analyst Update: Dividend Declaration, Financial Results, Leadership Changes, and Strategic Integration

The US stock markets on Monday ended the day on a fairly flat note, as gains were curbed when an early rally in energy stocks was lost due to tumbling oil prices. U.S. crude settled down $1.12 at $53.61 a barrel. While the NASDAQ remained flat at 4,806.91, the S&P 500 posted its 53rd record close of the year on Monday at 2,090.57, up 0.09%. Dow Jones Industrial Average however edged 0.09% lower at 18,038.23. The European stock markets on Monday closed on a mixed note. Greek stocks and bonds slumped after politicians in the country failed for a third time to endorse Prime Minister Antonis Samaras' preferred candidate. Following the rally in the US markets on optimism about the U.S. economic outlook, the Asian stock market rose broadly on Monday. Chinese and Hong Kong shares extended recent gains in reaction to Friday's announcement by the People's Bank of China on easing liquidity requirements at banks starting next year.
The Board of Directors of Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. (Cracker Barrel) has declared a regular quarterly dividend to common shareholders of $1.00 per share, payable on February 5, 2015, to shareholders of record as on January 16, 2015. Recently, the Company announced its Q1 FY 2015 financial results, posting diluted EPS of $1.42 as compared $1.14 in Q1 FY 2014.
Crown Media Holdings, Inc. (Crown Media) registered a double-digit advertising revenue growth of 12.3% YoY in Q3 2014 due to the strength of pricing across both channels and ratings increases for certain key demographics. These increases contributed to 28.9% YoY growth in Adjusted EBITDA at $37.0 million for the quarter and 1.9% YoY growth in Adjusted EBITDA year-to-date at $105.7 million.
CTC Media Inc. (CTC Media) appointed Stanislav Ploschenko as the Company's new CFO, effective January 24, 2015 and has also chosen international bank, UBS as its financial advisor and professional services company, KPMG LLP as its tax advisor. According to the Company, Ploschenko will also serve as an advisor to the Company's CEO on financial matters until he takes office as CFO.
Cumulus Media Inc. (Cumulus Media) reported net revenue of $313.9 million, up 19.6% YoY, wherein Broadcast advertising revenue grew by 15.7% YoY and amounted to $287.6 million, contributing 91.6% to the net revenue. The Company's net revenue for 9M 2014 amounted to $934.2 million, up 24.4% YoY.
CYREN Ltd. (CYREN) announced that Hamburg, Germany-based secucloud GmbH will combine CYREN Embedded Antivirus and URL Filtering technology into its family of Elastic Cloud Security System (ECS²) solutions.
