Partner Lawrence Ahern III to be Inducted as a Fellow and Serve as Co-Chair of Bankruptcy Committee

Marsh, Partner, has been elected President of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys (ACMA). She will be inducted as the first woman president of the association at ACMA's annual meeting held Oct. 13-15 in San Diego, Calif.
Lawrence R. Ahern III, Partner, will be inducted into the College as a Fellow, and has been elected Bankruptcy Committee Co-Chair of ACMA. He will also be speaking at the annual meeting.

Marsh is a Partner in the firm's Commercial Real Estate and Banking Group, as well as the Environmental Law Group.
She is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce & Industry, a Member of the Board of Directors of the Mid-South Commercial Law Institute, and a Member of the Executive Committee of the Tennessee Bar Association Environmental Law Section.

He is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy and a Director of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA). He has served as a Director of the American Bankruptcy Institute, Chairman of the American Board of Certification, Director of the Turnaround Management Association (President of the Tennessee Chapter, 1999-2001), and served on the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization (Chair, 1996-2000).

Bankruptcy Advisory Committee for St. John's University School of Law.
