Burlington County Endoscopy Center Partners with Virtua

BURLINGTON, N.J., Aug. 2, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The physicians and staff of Burlington County Endoscopy Center (BCEC) are pleased to announce the formation of a new joint venture between BCEC and Virtua. Built in 2008, BCEC started as a partnership between Gastroenterology Consultants of South Jersey and Physicians Endoscopy, their strategic corporate partner.

Currently, approximately 8,000 procedures a year are performed in this three-room, Medicare certified, state licensed, AAAHC accredited, and ASGE Center of Excellence. As healthcare reform continues to move forward, the expanded partnership with Virtua offers each party increased value—providing the center a large guiding hand through continued healthcare challenges, inclusion in its growing network of outpatient centers, and a lower cost outpatient strategy to provide the highest quality endoscopic services to patients in the greater Burlington County area.
