- Ericson Kimbel, practice leader of both the Construction Practice Group and the Federal Government Contracts Practice Group. He is well versed in construction law and mechanic's lien law. His more than 15 years of experience involves energy-related construction litigation, nuclear energy litigation, federal government contracting matters, pipeline construction litigation, commercial and contract litigation, transactional and bankruptcy matters, defense of OSHA citations, prosecution of Department of Transportation claims, and procurement claims and disputes.
- Kevin Barley, whose practice is focused on oil and gas, environmental, construction, and commercial litigation matters. His extensive experience includes business contract and tort claims, construction disputes, federal government contracting, and real estate matters. He has defended and prosecuted environmental cost recovery claims, including nuclear-related matters, and defended real estate and lending liability claims.
Barley's background also involves counseling clients in various air, water, hazardous waste, and wastewater issues as well as environmental risk and indemnity provisions for commercial transactions. - Kevin Colosimo and Andrew G.
