The Denver office, which opened in July 2011, now includes 24 attorneys.  The attorneys' practice areas run the spectrum of energy matters, including litigation; mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; regulatory law; environmental law; real estate; corporate and securities law; business and contract law; oil and gas title; and general oil and gas law.
