The seminar will be held from 7:30 to 10 a.m. at Restaurante La Hacienda de los Morales in Mexico City.
Fernando Zendejas Reyes, who oversees the legal affairs unit of Mexico's Ministry of Energy, will serve as the event's keynote speaker.
