SAN DIEGO, July 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Bumble Bee Foods S.à r.l. and Bumble Bee Holdco S.C.A. announced today that they will issue their reports for the second quarter of 2016 via IntraLinks on or prior to August 15, 2016. A conference call to discuss Q2 2016 financial results will be held at 11:30 a.m. EDT on August 17, 2016.  Qualified investors will receive notice via IntraLinks regarding the call-in number.

An audio replay of the call will be available to qualified investors until midnight on December 15, 2016.
