SAN DIEGO, April 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Bumble Bee Foods S.a r.l. and Bumble Bee Holdco S.C.A. announced today that they will issue their 2012 quarterly reports for Q1 via IntraLinks on May 14, 2012. A conference call to discuss Q1 2012 financial results will be held at 11:00 a.m. EDT on May 15, 2012.  Qualified investors will receive notice via IntraLinks regarding the call-in number.

An audio replay of the call will be available to qualified investors until midnight on June 15, 2012.
