RALEIGH, N.C., March 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Bulk TV & Internet (Bulk TV), a leading provider of DIRECTV to hospitality, healthcare and multi-dwelling unit properties nationwide, was recently named as one of the 2014 Best Employers in North Carolina. The list of the Best Employers in North Carolina was created by Business North Carolina, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) – NC State Council and Best Companies Group.
This statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in North Carolina, benefiting the state's economy, workforce and businesses. The 2014 Best Employers in North Carolina list is made up of 30 companies. This is the second consecutive year that Bulk TV has been included on the list.
Named as DIRECTV's #1 Free-to-Guest Provider for the past six years, Bulk TV is a leader in providing television and Internet services to meet the unique needs of commercial properties such as hotels, long-term care and assisted living facilities. The company's ability to customize bulk programming packages and services to meet the needs of every type of business has contributed to their exponential success as a television service provider.
"We attribute our growth and success as a company to our team of driven and dedicated employees," said Tim Conley, Executive Vice President of Business Development. "Companies that retain the best employees with strong workplace initiatives are typically the same companies that retain their customers and treat them well. Our corporate culture is designed to reward our employees and show our appreciation of the efforts they put forward to make our customers happy, which in turn, makes our company thrive."
To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:

- Be a publicly or privately held business
- Have a facility in the state of North Carolina
