Buildup's New Sequencing Capability Makes Task Management in Construction Easier

Buildup is the only construction software with real sequencing capabilities, which allows construction professionals to more effectively manage tasks and issues within their construction project.
Because complex project construction involves multiple subcontractors that work in sequences, the workflow and the task process may need to be micromanaged. For example, on a large scale, commercial construction development, there will be one task that needs to be assigned to multiple different subcontractors or trades in a particular sequence. Historically, the superintendent or field team would have to micromanage this process through a series of phone calls and emails. With Buildup's new sequencing feature, this process is drastically simplified. Construction professionals are now able to add multiple subcontractors to a single task, create an order of the sequence, and automatically notify subcontractors, general contractors and project managers when the sequence has been completed. Buildup then automatically informs the next subcontractor in the sequence that the prior sub-task was completed.
