LOS ANGELES, Aug. 15, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Today global mobility company, Bugaboo, introduces the all-new Atelier Collection, beautifully crafted with precision for parents seeking a stroller that is the epitome of elegance. Featuring a limited-edition Bugaboo Cameleon3 and Bugaboo Buffalo, the Atelier Collection illuminates Bugaboo's intricate design process and dedication to craftsmanship from concept to creation.
The Atelier Collection was brought to life by Bugaboo's internal team of nearly 100 designers, stylists, fabric engineers and pattern makers. A part of the company's innovation team, Bugaboo's in-house design team meticulously selected and tested the highest quality materials and lush fabrics to achieve exceptional functionality and design in their latest collection of limited-edition strollers.
"As a designer, you should never be seduced by 'the expected.' You need to make mistakes and have the perseverance to keep going until it's totally right," said Max Barenbrug, co-founder and chief design officer, Bugaboo. "Having introduced more than 1,500 products and process improvements over the past four years, our design team continues to master their craft to deliver best-in-class designs that truly innovate."
The Bugaboo Atelier Collection takes inspiration from French fashion and features an elegant and chic build with woven stone mélange fabric on the bassinet and sun canopy. It also includes faux-leather trim, which forms a strikingly beautiful silhouette, a hand-stitched faux-leather handlebar and carry handle and a quilted black seat liner.
"The inspiration for the Atelier collection came during a trip to Premiere Vision fabric show in Paris," said Barber Ebbinge, stylist, Bugaboo. "We were really taken by the classic combinations of simple colors and modern yet timeless designs. Our team collaborated throughout the design process to consider what parents worldwide are interested in and develop a stroller that is a true extension of the person who drives it."
The Bugaboo Buffalo Atelier and the Bugaboo Cameleon3 Atelier will be available for a limited time beginning September 2017. A Bugaboo Atelier Footmuff will also be available and is compatible with all Bugaboo strollers.
