University of Evansville to Receive Boost from Buehler to Hold Its Annual Mathematics, Engineering and Science Conference
MORRISVILLE, N.C., Nov. 18, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Buehler Motor, Inc., a global company focused on the development and production of technically challenging mechatronic drive solutions, today announced its exclusive sponsorship of the University of Evansville's MESCON (Mathematics, Engineering, and Science CONference).
Established in 2005, MESCON is an annual competitive, multidisciplinary, academic event open to participating universities and designed to promote undergraduate research in the fields of mathematics, engineering and science. Held in the spring on the University of Evansville campus, the conference provides a vehicle for students to present published project results that will enhance their graduate program and employment opportunities.
MESCON call for papers is now open and a deadline for abstracts is Jan. 28, 2011. Acceptance notification will be held on Feb. 11, 2011. The conference sponsored by Buehler Motor will be on March 26, 2011. Additional submission and event information is available at csserver.evansville.edu/mescon.
